25 steps in four stages, from the plackets to the final press.
Interface the allowance for the placket bottom and mark the lines for stitching the plackets on the front (1).
Press the front plackets (4) in half, and then press an allowance of 0.7 cm (¼″) on one side along the piece. Do this on both parts of the plackets symmetrically.
Sew the plackets from the wrong side to the previously marked lines on the front piece.
Cut the allowances remained after stitching the plackets at the bottom at an angle of 45 degrees, leaving only 0.1 cm (1⁄16″) from the stitching lines.
Press the seam allowances of the stitched plackets towards the placket. Place the pressed edge of the placket right to the stitching line on the front piece and stitch it at 0.1 cm (1⁄16″) from the edge. Press.
Place the left one on the right placket, turn the bottom seam allowance inside out and stitch the ends of the plackets and the front seam allowance. Overlock the seam allowances.
Topstitch along the placket at 0.5 cm (3⁄16″) from the securing stitching at the ends of the plackets and the front allowance. Press.
Stitch the shoulder seams of the front (1) and back (2) on the overlocker, placing the pieces facing inward. Stitch them together from the back side, inserting silicone tape. Press the seam to the back.
Place the under collar (6) on the top collar (5) and stitch along the ends and the collar roll line. Cut out the corners, turn them inside out and press them.
Topstitch along the collar at 0.1 cm (1⁄16″) from the edge.
Press the allowances of 0.7 cm (¼″) of one of the stands (7) for stitching it into the neck.
Place the collar between the stand pieces so that the stand with the pressed seam allowance lies right side together with the top collar. Stitch the stands along the entire length, cut out the allowances and turn them right side out. Press.
Pin and stitch the unironed under stand into the neckline from the wrong side of the T-shirt. Press the seam allowance towards the counter.
Pin and topstitch the pressed seam allowance of the second stand from the front side at 0.1 cm (1⁄16″) from the edge, stitching along the entire perimeter of the stand. Press.
Press the collar along the fold line.
Press the seam allowance at the bottom of the sleeve (3) by 2 cm (¾″) and stitch using a flat lock sewing machine or with a twin needle.
Insert the sleeves to the T-shirt and sew them in, using an overlocker. Place the pieces right sides together. Press seam allowances towards the T-shirt.
Topstitch along the entire length of the armhole at 0.1 cm (1⁄16″).
Stitch the cut allowance from the top to the bottom of the T-shirt onto the front piece from the right side.
Sew the bottom seam of the sleeve, the side seam and the back seam allowance with one stitch using an overlocker. Press seam allowances to the back.
Press a 2 cm (¾″) seam allowance at the bottom of the T-shirt and stitch it using a flat lock machine or a twin needle.
Press the cuts. Extend the side seam on the machine with a stitch down 2 cm (¾″).
Fold the previously pressed cuts over to the wrong side and secure them with a machine stitch like I'm showing in the video.
Mark the location of the buttonholes, make them and sew on the buttons.
Give the T-shirt a final press.
