Digital patterns are non-refundable
Because PDF sewing patterns and embroidery designs are delivered instantly and cannot be returned in the way a physical product can, all digital purchases are final. Please double-check your order before checkout — choose your size carefully and review your cart.

Before adding a new pattern to your cart, take a quick look at your account — you may already own it from a previous order.
Email not arriving?
Check your Spam or Junk folder — order confirmations sometimes land there. Your pattern is always also available in your Fabrico account.
Check your size first
Refer to the size charts before purchasing. Choosing the wrong size is the most common cause of disappointment with a sewing pattern.
Save your downloads
Once downloaded, store the PDF somewhere safe on your device. You can also re-download anytime from your account.
