One of our favorite items to sew is a striking corset with lacing on the front side panels and a metal zipper in the center back seam. The corset is lined.

Recommended fabrics
For sewing the Camellia corset, we recommend using form-stable materials such as denim and cotton. For the lining, it is best to use cotton fabric.
Fabric consumption
When the fabric width is 150 m (59,1″):

Important! The material consumption is calculated based on the layout. The fabric may shrink, so take 5–10% extra.

Metal separating zipper – 30 cm (11,8″);
Interfacing – 15 cm (6″);
Cord – 400 cm (157,5″);
Cotton lining – 45 cm (17,7″);
Bias adhesive tape – 100 cm (39,4″).
Ease allowance:
For the bust circumference – 3 cm (1,2″);
For the waist circumference – 7 cm (2,8″);
For the hip circumference – 5 cm (2″).
