SUGGESTED MATERIALS

Fur fabrics with medium and short pile, coat fabrics can be used.

PATTERN PIECES

SEWING INSTRUCTIONS

BRIM

1. Place the brim pieces (3) right sides together and stitch. You should get 2 circles. Press the seams.

2. Place the stitched brims (circles) on top of each other right sides together and pin along the outer cut, matching the seams and notches, stitch them. Press the seam without edging. If desired, you can add a top stitch.

3. Pin the brims along the inner cut.

SIDE

1. Place the side pieces (2) right sides together and stitch. Press the seams. Do the same with the lining details.

2. Place the brims between the side panels of the main fabric and the side panels of the lining, pin together, matching the seams and notches, stitch around the circle. Press the seam allowance.

3. Pin the crown (1) made of the main fabric along the notches to the sides of the main fabric and stitch. Press the seam.

4. Pin the crown of the lining fabric (1) to the sides of the lining fabric along the notches and stitch leaving an unstitched opening for turning. Press the seam.

5. Pin the lining to the top fabric in several places from the wrong side.

6. Stitch the opening.

7. Press the finished Bucket hat.
