Delete your Fabrico account
You can delete your Fabrico account (fabrico.design and the Fabrico app) at any time.
In the app
- Open the Fabrico app and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete account, then Delete permanently.
Without the app
Email [email protected] from the address you registered with and ask us to delete your account. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in (email, password, Google sign-in link)
- Your name and profile details
- Your sewing-type quiz result
- Your video lesson progress
- Access to your Library and video courses
What we keep
- Order records (date, items, amount, billing name and email) — we are required to keep them for tax and accounting purposes, usually for up to 10 years. They are no longer linked to an account.
- Reviews and comments you published stay on the site without a link to your account. Ask us by email if you want them removed too.
Please download any patterns you want to keep before deleting your account.
