The design
A lightweight, comfortable dress with a fitted silhouette and a flared skirt, gathered at the waist and finished with a removable belt. The length sits just below the knee, and an invisible zipper is set into the side seam of the bodice.
Before you start
SARDINIA works across the seasons depending on the fabric you choose, from breezy summer cottons to denser fabrics for cooler days.
Thin to medium-weight dress fabrics work best: cotton, viscose, linen or polyester.
For an airy summer version go for light cotton; for cooler weather, denim or a heavier cotton holds the flared shape beautifully.
How much to buy
Given for a fabric width of 1.80 m (70.9 in). Pick your size to see how much main fabric you need.
